With 20 years experience in the industry we have substantial expertise in the design and development of all vacuum formed mouldings. Specialising in large batch moulding we can provide a range of tooling services through are network of toolmakers, allowing us to produce tools in wood, resin and cast aluminum to suit all your batch requirements.

20 years experience in design and development of vacuum formed products. Many unusual shapes can be manufactured and expert advice will be given on materials, ensuring you use the best plastics for your requirements.

Working with our network of toolmakers we can turn an idea into a prototype in a matter of days. Tools can be produced to suit your batch requirements and manufactured in either resin, wood or aluminium. Trimming and assembly jigs/fixtures can also be made. All tools can be fully vented and frames manufactured on site.

 


Vacuum Forming Products



Machine capacity from 1m x 1m, 1.9m x 1.9m, 3m x 3m and thermoplastic sheet moulded in thicknesses ranging between 0.5mm to 8mm. All mouldings can be trimmed, assembled (if required) and packed on site.
